The Calm List

A little help getting started.

Begin with the READ FIRST guide included with either edition. You can set up the planner, find one useful page and add more when you need them.

What you need

A device and PDF note-taking app that can open PDF hyperlinks and add handwriting or text. The planner is a PDF download; a tablet, stylus and app are not included.

Check your app’s PDF features before purchasing. Reader controls differ, so we don’t promise that every app or device works in the same way.

Your planner and guide

Each edition includes its complete planner PDF and a separate three-page READ FIRST guide. Keep an unchanged backup of your original files before adding your own notes.

The 2027 file has 499 pages. The Undated file has 656 pages; it includes space for six weekly rows in every month. You can leave unused days and rows blank.

Read the current ordering and delivery information.

Import the PDF into your app

  1. Save the planner and READ FIRST files somewhere you can find again.
  2. Open the guide, then use your PDF app’s import or open-file action to add the planner.
  3. Try the Index and a month tab before you start writing. If your app separates writing and reading modes, use its link-following mode to test navigation.
  4. Choose a daily or weekly page. You don’t need to fill every section to begin.

Adding dates to the Undated edition

The planner uses a Monday-start month grid. W1–W6 correspond to its weekly rows, and each weekly plan links to seven daily pages. Add the dates yourself and leave days outside the month blank.

Some months use fewer than six rows. The extra rows give longer months room without making them a daily obligation. The READ FIRST guide includes a six-row example.

Explore the Undated edition, or choose 2027 with dates already in place.
