The Calm List
Planning with room for real life.
The Calm List brings everyday plans and family responsibilities into one digital planner, with optional pages for the days that need something different.
Start with the page you need
You might use a weekly plan to see the week together, the Family Command Center to hold shared details, or a Low-Spoons Day page to make a shorter list. The sections are there to choose from; using them all is never the goal.
One collection, two starting points
Our first collection is ADHD for Moms. The 2027 edition has dates already in place. The Undated edition lets you add your own dates and begin with your chosen month. Both use the same calm visual language and provide links between their original pages.
See the actual pages before you choose
The website previews come from the finished planner files. You can enlarge them to look at the writing spaces, labels and layout. Tablet mockups show the planner in context; devices and apps are sold separately.
The navigation icons were created with Claude AI, and the logo was redesigned using Claude AI and edited for the finished design.
Collections taking shape
Teachers with ADHD and women in perimenopause and menopause are the focus of future collections. These planners remain in development and are not available to order.
